We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in Clinical domain to work across enterprise to understand the clinical strategy, and work with the technology teams to reduce the redundant investments in the enterprise.

This resource will help to achieve enterprise strategy alignment for clinical solutions to minimize the disparate vendor/application solutions in the organization. The goal is to partner with the technology architects to establish an enterprise clinical platform that delivers a consistent physician experience to enhance care coordination and delivery for members

 

This is a role for the business architecture team. The team supports business domains like Clinical, Provider, Product, Consumer, etc. In addition to these domains, there are key initiatives that we want to apply the business architecture principles like establishing the business vision, defining business requirements, and facilitating reviews with stakeholders to get their approval on key deliverables. We want this resource to work independently, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the lifecycle of initiatives.

The qualified candidate will have these success factors:


  • Enterprise-wide view of the business, and apply strategies to improve the people, process, and technology issues within the organization

  • The ability to act as liaison conveying information between the business teams and the technology arch

  • Clinical domain expertise is preferred especially understanding of Clinical Engagement and Care Coordination, Care Delivery, CM/DM, and UM to enhance the member experience, also understand how the care delivered consistently by providers

  • Must be a team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented

  • Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities

  • Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrable ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations

Primary Job Responsibilities:


  • You will collaborate with the business to understand/influence business requirements

  • You will demonstrate understanding of cross-functional/cross-domain requirements and impact

  • You will maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to architectural solutions

  • You will ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT goals/objectives

  • You will identify and quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems

  • You will facilitate/lead/participate in identification of solution options and features

  • You will communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders (e.g. architecture reviews)

  • You will ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g. solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans)

  • You will identify gaps between established standards and proposed solutions, and follow the exception/waiver process as needed

  • You will maintain awareness of current technology assets and the capability of each

  • You will understand and adhere to architecture Governance framework

  • You will deliver all project deliverables on scope, on time and on budget

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience modeling business processes using modeling tools and techniques

  • 10+ years of experience in applying architectural principles, methods, and tools to business challenges

  • Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrable ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations

 

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Business Process Modeling

  • Experience with Medic al Group/Provider Offices

  • Clinical Domain Experience
