Fast paced office environment supporting multiple Director and above level staff.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Run front office, taking customers coming in the door

  • Act as an Office Manager, supplies, requisition, managing facilities

  • Provide Senior Level Admin support to Medical Directors including expense reports, travel arrangement, calendaring

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • High school education or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of experience at Sr. Admin level, working with executives

  • MS Office Suite skills; Excel, Visio and Power Point

  • Customer service experience

  • Must be able to work in fast paced office environment and manage supporting multiple executive level staff
