The Field Labor Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and operational support with a focus on labor productivity and reporting.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Field Leadership in obtaining, analyzing, summarizing, and reporting of labor data, trends, and metrics

  • Maintain key labor performance metrics and scorecards

  • Create/develop store-level labor forecast

  • Organize and report on key metrics on regular weekly, monthly, quarterly cadence

  • Identify sales labor forecast variances and trends

  • Conduct complex analysis to identify areas for improvement within labor models

  • Assist with work measurement and time studies on jobs performed by store associates (i.e. stocking, bagging)

  • Assist Labor Engineer with field labor productivity modeling

  • Identify and track payroll-related exceptions

  • Monitor labor productivity analytics and propose solutions for improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four year degree required

  • Keen analytical abilities

  • Intermediate to Expert proficiency with MS Excel and other softwares

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Labor Analyst experience in retail or other service industry
  • Two-to-four years experience as an analyst, preferably with experience with labor models, productivity modeling
