Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

The Tech Lead for Member Services must be able to cover for Tech III, Tech II, or Tech I roles as needed. Serve as resource for the team on process related questions and issues. Able to fill in for Supervisor as needed and handle escalated issues. Must be able to create and/or revise work instructions. Provide support to the Member Services Department in meeting expectations regarding turnaround time (TAT), efficiency, service levels, privacy maintenance and quality of decision-making. Systems utilized include various databases, PeopleSafe, AS400, Links.

Required Qualifications:

Solid leadership and communication skills required. Strong organizational experience or knowledge in planning, scheduling and leading the work of others. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence, technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present in front of large employees/management group. Ability to identify and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must have good working knowledge of the LINKS system. Must be flexible with work schedule. Tech Certification Required. Preferred Qualifications:

Strong human relations capabilities and ability to function and communicate effectively with various levels of employees and management. Ability to prioritize and make prudent decisions based on information provided. Education:

GED or high school diploma.
