General Manager - Immediate Opening!

Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, Eden Prairie is looking for an energetic and efficient General Manager to lead its operations. Our General Manger will:

• Go above and beyond to ensure each guest has a “wow” experience
• Ensure smooth operations for the restaurant
• Create a culture of fairness and respect for the team
• Build brand awareness through various marketing tools
• Promote and Increase catering sales

Skills and qualifications:

• Be able to lead by example and motivate team
• Previous food service and/or customer service experience
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a Quick Service restaurant setting
• Basic Math and computer skills
• Must be a Food Safety Manager or be able to obtain the certification
• Proficient in English as it relates to the position
• Must be able to work legally in the United States
