Minimum of a high school diploma. Previous security experience preferred in a hotel setting. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Must be able to stand and walk for several hours at a time. Climb stairs and work out doors in different weather conditions. Performs a continuous foot patrol of the entire property while maintaining constant communication with PBX. Responds to and investigates all hotel related accidents and incidents involving guests, associates and property and completes appropriate reports. Follows safety and security procedures and rules. Must successfully complete Unarmed Security Officer training within first 90 days of employment.

Shift  - Rotational per week including weekends and holidays

The Pink Shell is also fortunate to have two cottages just steps away from the resort and the beach for currently employed Associates to take advantage of. Our cottages are fully furnished; air conditioned, internet and cable ready.
