We have a opening for a Part Time Corporate Receptionist.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Corporate Receptionist needed for site in Yorktown Heights, NY
Part Time schedule Monday through Friday 8am-2pm, long term opportunity
Must have strong receptionist background and proficient in MS Office and Internet searches
Duties will include meeting and greeting customer contacts and visitors to the facility, handling car service, travel arrangements, accommodations, scheduling conference rooms, possibly scheduling for food service as well. Will be responsible for any needs that arise while client contacts are in town.
