Position: Commercial Cleaners and Janitors
If you are reliable, responsible, detail oriented, have a good work ethic, self-motivated, and able to work independently please consider the following full-time and part-time positions.
Location: Greater Seattle area including the East Side, Snohomish and Pierce counties
Compensation:
Entry Level $11.00/hr;
Journeyman $13.00/hr;
Leads $13.00 to $15.00/hr;
Supervisors $15.00 to $18.00/hr.
Paid mileage between locations.
Bonus, commission & referral fee opportunities.
Monthly giveaway: gas card & gift cards.
Paid Vacation & Holidays.
Schedule: (availability needs)
3 - 4 weeknights, 6pm -10pm.
1 - 2 weekend days, 8am - 5pm.
15 - 20 hours per week.
Some full time positions available
Duties:
Cleaning offices, production areas, restrooms, break rooms, trash & recycle removal, dusting, wiping, mopping, vacuuming and most other related services.
Requirements:
* Ability to pass a background check ( no felonies, etc) and E-verify check to confirm eligibility to work in the US
* Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, clean driving record.
* Working cell phone (at all times) and email is required.
* Knowledge in commercial janitorial cleaning services. Must know how to clean!
* Eye for detail and the ability to complete all tasks expediently and proficiently.
