About this job
The Corporate OMD Director will design and execute initiatives to drive change, build organization capability, enhance organization effectiveness and build the leadership bench of a global organization. They will be involved in a range of projects including Change Management, Leadership Development, Talent Development, Culture Engagement, and ensuring the use of talent analytics and data to inform the strategy. The candidate will also partner with Human Resource Business Partners, Directors and Managers, Functional VPs, Managers and Associates.
Key responsibilities include:
Utilizes internal consulting skills and organizational development theory to uncover and solve workplace issues and drive the talent strategy.
Develops and implements programs/initiatives to drive key strategic organizational initiatives (i.e. change management, career models, engagement, leadership development, etc.)
Develops a strategy for functional analytics that informs and guides key talent decisions
Designs robust and adaptable change management and communications plans for organizational initiatives
Qualifications:
Graduate degree Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Industrial/ Organizational, HR, or MBA with relevant business and HR functional experience
7-10 years of HR/OMD experience
Strong knowledge of Talent Management and Change Management principles
Ability to manage effectively with global organizational complexity and ambiguity; experience with start-up businesses a plus
Strong data and talent analytic skills/ mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong OD facilitation skills
Experience in organization design and business transformation
Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goals
Strong consultative and diagnostic skills
Experience, presence, and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization from associates to senior executives
