Maintenance/New Equipment Manager

PrideStaff is seeking a Maintenance for a manufacturing client in Broomfield. This is an established company and a temp to hire opportunity. The primary purposes of this position are to manage the maintenance process and personnel, make sure preventative maintenance is performed and to coordinate the installation of equipment within budgetary guidelines and timelines.

Job Duties:

• Manage the maintenance department including, hiring, training and monitoring performance of all maintenance personnel
• Coordinate with other departments to meet required schedules and production orders
• Direct material and personnel to achieve production requirements
• Coordinate purchasing, installation and maintenance of all equipment
• Develop and maintain all preventative maintenance schedules
• Monitor and maintain PAR levels of parts
• Review and address work orders
• Monitor personnel for adherence to safety standards
• Coordinate and optimize production and maintenance requirements
• Prepare and implement department budget and meet expense targets

Job Requirements:

• 5 years management or supervisory experience in production or maintenance
• High School Graduate, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business Management preferred
• Ability to comprehend the function and operation of equipment used in the production process
• Ability to recognize and implement process improvements
• Statistical and analytical knowledge using production and electrical skills
