Shipping Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Groveport, Ohio area company seeking Regional Carrier Specialist.

· First shift position

Duties include:



· Use a computer system to track information, questions, answers, and product orders.

· Vendor partnership with an approach that balances vendor accountability. Promote and maintain positive customer relations.

· Confer or correspond with customers to rectify issues.



Requirements include:



· Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.

· Computer literate with intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills. Advance Excel is a plus

· Multitasking in fast paced environment.

· Ability to successfully coordinate and collaborate between multiple departments, customers and service providers.

· Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Under limited supervision, respond to non-routine inquiries through phone or e-mail contact with customers and prospects about the Company's services.

· Research customer inquiries using existing company resources.
