We are a dinner-only fine dining celebration restaurant located on N. Glebe Road between the cross streets of Fairfax Drive and Washington Blvd in the Ballston section of Arlington. The Melting Pot of Arlington is the area's premiere fondue restaurant. Fondue is a fun and interactive dining experience and for more than four decades, The Melting Pot has defined the niche across the American dining scene.
The Melting Pot of Arlington, VA is looking for servers for weekends and weekdays.
Requirements
- Attitude - Positive, enthusiastic, and service-driven. You are here to serve our guests and provide them with the Perfect Night Out.
- Ability - you need to be able to think quickly on your feet, make smart decisions, and learn our menu.
- Teamwork - Our restaurant requires our staff to work together as a team. You need to be willing to lend a helping hand to any teammate at any time.
- Availability - we have a variety of shifts available. Most of our teammates work 20-40 hours per week including some weekends; flexibility is key.
Preferred
- Previous fine dining serving experience.
- Knowledge of wine, beer and standard cocktails.
- Open availability.
