Responsibilities:
The billing analyst will assist Global Mobility in processing invoices for various vendors
They will be responsible for communicating with the billing department and accounts payable to resolve any issues that arise
Reviewing invoices
Code invoices
Send invoices via email to appropriate recipient for payment
Coordinate with the billing department for payment of invoices
Proficient in Excel
Proficient Adobe Acrobat
Outlook
Excellent communication skills via phone and e-mail with billing department
