Job Title: Team Member
Location: 8235 e 96th St
Reports To: General Manager/Store Manager/Shift Leader
Hours: Flexible
Pay: Above average
Purpose:
To contribute to a team to create a fun and hard working environment, with the goal to serve guests with excellent guest service and provide the best quality product.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
NEEDS TO SMILE AND ENGAGE EVERY GUEST THAT COMES IN!
Work as a team player to:
* Provide excellent guest service by interacting with guests and making them feel a part of the culture
* Serve a safe and excellent food product
* Keep a clean and organized station and restaurant
* Take pride in the restaurant and brand
* Check schedules as you are responsible for all shifts
* Maintain effective communication within the restaurant with the General Manager, Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and other Team Members
Job Specifications:
* Must have a High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Must be able to stand for at least 4-8 hours with occasional overtime
* Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and 25-50 lbs. occasionally
* Must have basic language skills to be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Be able to present information to guests and other employees.
Other Responsibilities:
* Follow safe and proper procedures throughout shift
* Be able to fill out food safety forms with accuracy
* Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
* Arrive on time and demonstrate effective time management
* Comply with applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards
* Obey equipment safety guidelines on how to operate, clean and store all equipment properly
