What you will be doing
- Ensure that IHR customers receive excellent customer service.
- Greet and efficiently seat guests in a restaurant that is properly maintained.
- Supervise all staff.
- Maintain a courteous and efficient operation of the dining room.
Requirements
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations
- Written and verbal English language communication skills
- The ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
- The ability to effectively solve customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner
- Hours and number of shifts vary.
- Food Handler and Oregon Liquor Service Permits.
- Scheduled as Host(ess), Room Service Operator, or Banquet staff with regularity (approx. 11 hours per week) and more as business demands.
