Overview:

Develop analytics and provide monthly reporting and recommendations to fulfill client and customer contracts. Responsible for overseeing the input and reporting of weekly and monthly reports for management, as it relates to Allocation communications, Cycle Implementation and Execution Data. Use data and custom reports to build cost projections. Manage projects by interfacing with key personnel and developing reporting schedules based on deadlines and overall workload. Manage resource allocation to ensure accurate project delivery, and ensuring the final deliverables meet the quality expectation and contractual obligations of the clients. Manage production creative and time-sensitive deadlines, interfacing internally and externally with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the input and reporting of weekly and monthly reports for management, as it relates to Allocation communications, Cycle Implementation and Execution Data;
  • Input and extract very detailed information from multiple sources for tracking and analysis, as well as verifying accuracy of data input and/or received;
  • Build detailed and interactive reports in Excel;
  • Ability to interpret data to provide recommendations based on data trends;
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of projects to ensure that goals of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame;
  • Assist with logistics and execution of each monthly ad cycle by coordinating with Operations’ team members, internal departments, such as retail and sales, as well as working with external merchandising and fulfillment vendors;
  • Assist with creation of instruction documents used by our merchandising company for each monthly advertising cycle;
  • Quality assurance of cycle instruction documents;
  • Provide support for Traffic and Production with display designs, interface with external vendors, process freight bids, scheduling and data entry;
  • Run and create reports on cycle data for internal departments as well as external vendors;
  • Follow up, resolve and/or escalate all outstanding issues in an organized and timely manner;
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions;
  • Prioritize projects by interfacing with internal and external personnel and developing reporting milestone schedules based on deadlines and overall workload;
  • Assist in communicating project status to all involved parties verbally through weekly status reports and review meetings. Follow-up on all outstanding issues in an organized and timely manner;
  • Manage resource allocation to ensure accurate project delivery, and ensuring the final deliverables meet the quality expectations and contractual obligations of the clients and customers;
  • Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management; and
  • Miscellaneous duties assigned.

Requirements

  • BA college degree;
  • 5+ years office experience.
  • Prefer experience with Operations/ Logistics.
  • Self-starter with experience and proven results managing time-sensitive projects
  • Proven results with complex data managed in Excel, or similar type software
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate group meetings.
  • Business analytical skills with the ability to link information to action and results
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Must have superb attention to detail
  • Must be highly competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
  • Assertive team player with proven sense of urgency and the ability to work cohesively as a team member
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word). Advanced knowledge of Excel. Ability to learn and master custom software;
  • Preferred proficiency in MS Access.
