Candidates should have a background or interest in specialty food, retail or grocery experience, salesmanship, strong communication skills, a good work ethic, and enjoy providing a special experience to their customers. Knife skills and deli experience are a plus. This is a great job for someone with culinary training who wants to apply their skills outside of a traditional kitchen.
