General Responsibilities:
Support the processing of manufacturer legal documents and training of New Hires Prioritize the daily workload to ensure manufacturer legal documents are transferred from the dealer to Hertz within 48 hours of receipt. Track and ensure delivery of Manufacturer Statements of Origin to Hertz corporate locations or titling agencies. Interact and assist with titling agencies and Hertz RAC field locations to ensure legal documents are processed accurately. Provide affidavits of correction if required. Train all new hires to the department. Keep staff trained in all current, revised and new job processes. Develop new processes, or enhance current processes, to streamline the execution of the legal documents
Mandatory Requirements:
Educational Background: College degree or equivalent experience
Professional Experience: Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, flexible, problem solver.
Skills: Abillity to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel, titling agencies, and field staff. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Must be an independent worker and able to work with minimal supervision.
Competencies:
Decision making Self starter Able to follow company policies and procedures Personality Traits
Ability to work with others Ability to motivate others System Knowledge to include Fleet Ordering System
Strong experience processing legal documents to register new cars
Proficient in MS Office to include Publisher and Excel
