Holiday Inn Wilmington Houseman

Holiday Inn Wilmington is seeking a part-time Houseperson to perform housekeeping duties to accommodate guest needs, ensures cleanliness of public spaces as well as office areas, attend to linen needs, and prepare housekeeping department for next business day. Ideal candidates have great attention to detail, flexible availability, and great guest service skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accommodate guest/departmental needs by responding to requests in a timely manner.
• Deliver guest laundry in a timely manner.
• Attend to lobby and public spaces to ensure cleanliness including public/employee restrooms.
• Attends to linen needs by preparing/sorting dirty laundry, stocking clean linens in closets, and organizing laundry area.
• Clean, organize, and stock all linen closets.
• Stock and organize housekeeping supply room, housekeeping supplies, and guest supplies
• Attend to pool area to ensure towels are stocked and area is clean and organized.
• Perform projects assigned daily in response to Management/Supervisor requests.
