Title: Linux System Admin
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ months
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Linux systems administration support in a 24/7 operations environment including System builds, server patching, kernel upgrades, storage configuration/upgrades, support of server hardware, firmware updates, and troubleshooting of system issues in support of the Cloud infrastructure projects.
Required Skills:
- Scripting/automation experience in PERL or Python for systems administration tasks.
- 5+ years of experience with Linux (Red Hat or CentOS preferred)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with OpenStack, CEPH, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Cisco UCS servers
