Assembly Associates

Our Client, a Manufacturing Company in Fishers, IN is looking for Assembly Associates to join their growing team. DUTIES: * Assemble and finish metal and plastic partitions, organizers and racks for cars. Also, pick and pack mounting kits for partitions. * May perform finishing operations, including: riveting, deburring, assembly using screws, nuts and bolts, plastic welding, power stapling, and gluing. * May operate various power tools, including: routers, table saws, drills, band saws, jig saws, drill presses, power staplers, and others. RESPONSIBILITES: * Ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and prioritize as job activities will vary. He/she will learn quickly, have a positive attitude, be punctual, a team player and Dependable. * Must be flexible to learn different jobs. * Accuracy and quality are critical as errors are costly. * Detail oriented to fill orders correctly * Bend, squat, kneel and work with hand tools. * Will be on their feet all day. This is an Evaluation Hire Position. The pay is $10.00/hr.
