Smart Living Home & Garden, a leading manufacturer of consumer outdoor living products has an opening in our Oldsmar office for a part time data entry and support admin. We are a growing company looking at add an extra pair of hands to support our operations and sales team. Most of our employees have been with us a long time and we're looking to add another motivated individual to our FL team office.

Position offers a competitive hourly wage and a comfortable work environment. Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment with other offices a must.

Our office is open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and part time hours would fall within those times. This is an on-site position, work cannot be done remotely or off hours. Weekly hours may fluctuate based on time of year. Currently we need 1pm-5pm, 4 days per week (Mon-Thu). We anticipate needing 15-20 hours a week on average.

- Speed & accuracy are critical for this position
- Strong general PC understand for daily usage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Requires strong communication skills
- Must be detail orientated
- Strong Customer Service skills
Duties will include answering phones, entering tracking/invoicing, updating excel documents, filing, and more.
Computer knowledge necessary.
Must be hardworking and have excellent organizational skills.
No experience required but preferred.
Education Required - High School Diploma.
Years of Relevant Work Experience - 2 Years
