About this job
Minimum education of High School Diploma or equivelant. Experience working in a kitchen with equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, and dishwashers is a plus. This candidate must also have knowledge of the essential hygiene factors involved in preparation, cleansing products and the appropriate methods of cleansing a variety of surfaces. Must possess a food handlers card and have knowledge of Serv Safe. The ability to read, convert, and adjust mathematical measurements for assisting in recipe adjustments is also required.
