Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with key Talent Acquisition partners and human resource team members in the development and production of tactical, strategic and ad-hoc analytics and reports related to UnitedHealth Group's management of recruitment and human capital
- Assist in the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting close processes to report Talent Acquisition metrics to UnitedHealth Group leadership and other key stakeholders
- Analyze and predict data trends to provide support with cost reductions, forecast modeling and human capital decision making support
- Responsible for leading others through influence, rather than direct authority, and by building strong cross-functional relationships with key partners in Talent Acquisition
- Work towards sustainable global scalable model of reporting
- Develop templates for common requests to standardize and streamline work
- Analyzes and investigates
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ Years' experience with business, financial, or human resource analysis
- 3+ Years' experience with the ability to analyze data and recommend improvements
- Advanced level of proficiency with Excel; Basic level of experience with MS Access or other database tools
- Previous experience working with SAP Business Objects, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), or other Business Intelligence tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience partnering and working with global business partners
- Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition or Human Capital and its functions
- Experience with global teams and communicating effectively with global partners
- Experience building relationships cross functionally across the business
- Experience in forecasting
