Inventory Specialist

DISH Network has an employment opportunity for individuals with energy, intellect, and the need to achieve as an Inventory Specialist.  

• Good written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Requires intermediate computer expertise, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet applications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1 & 1/2 years related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of previous work experience using a computer                          

• Adhere to established safety, quality, & performance standards

• Perform all tasks related to daily cycle count processes as required & per Sarbanes –Oxley (SOX) requirements

• Have a working knowledge of Oracle & accurately perform inventory receipts, inquiries, transactions, & other material related tasks as needed

• Generate & maintain reports & paperwork related to receipts, transactions, & all other inventory transactions as directed by management.

Ensure files are maintained accurately & neatly.

• Communicate to various internal departments verbally & via email to identify, research, & resolve inventory discrepancies

• Work with & assist other functional teams as needed to include Receiving, Pack out, & Shipping in any inventory related situations as the business

requires

• Understand bills of material (BOM), to support packaging operations
