About this job
The GP Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Innovation Platform, Competitive Bidding and Contract Negotiations for Contract Manufacturing. They will have direct interface with Suppliers, Contract Manufacturing Industry Managers, HQ Product Supply, Marketing, Logistics, Quality Professionals, Accounting and Finance to develop and execute the requirements of their role. This position is responsible to plan, administrate and execute day to day tactical and strategic procurement activities for over $300mm in total spend across 30 suppliers within FLNA Contract Manufacturing.
Responsibilities include :
Develop innovation based supplier selection criteria
Create intellectual property protection with cross-functional partners
Conduct competitive price bidding for innovation
Develop contract negotiation plans, including developing and securing Leadership Team alignment, developing the initial contract with Legal and negotiating the contract with the supplier
Perform contract maintenance and management through the contract cycle
Ensure contracts support the innovation process and are completed on-time to enable the product launch
Develop strategies and execute competitive bidding to provide the best price and protections
Accountable to deliver the MWBE Diversity spend target and
Jointly manage the Business Continuity Planning process
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities - Required
Strong Verbal and Written skills
Ability to work Cross-Functionally in Matrix Organization
Experience in Planning and Executing Procurement RFPs
Legal, Contract Knowledge and Negotiation Experience
Strong Analytical skills
Strong Excel skills
Strong PowerPoint ability
Strong Time Management and Prioritization attributes
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities - Preferred
Experience with Contract Manufacturing
Education
College degree required
5+ years' experience in Procurement
