This position participates in the Wells Fargo Advisors training program on a fulltime basis. Participants will be fully trained and supported with the tools and resources to prepare them to provide Wells Fargo Advisors Solutions clients with sound financial advice and counsel consistent with the clients goals and risk tolerance while meeting organizational revenue targets. Solutions Advisors in Training must pass the Series 7 exam, the Series 66, complete online training, participate in classroom training, pass compliance exams on products and suitability, and complete the activity requirements of the program as preparation for becoming a full-time Solutions Advisor. After the full-time structured training program has been successfully completed, team members will become a WFA Solutions Advisor I and participate in the incentive compensation plan.
6+ months sales or customer service experience. Strong work ethic and strong drive to succeed; competitive; self-motivated and results-oriented; demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships; proven ability to communicate both orally and in writing; proven organizational skills. * Ability to earn series 7 & 66 Securities licenses within 120- days of employment.
*Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
*Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet and intranet.
*Need to be available Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm.

*Undergraduate degree
