The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible and highly organized, has the ability to quickly grasp business needs and issues, and is comfortable interpreting meaning and relevance from unclear. He/she must have an inquiring mind, quantitative aptitude and a willingness to learn, as well as the ability to quickly react and adapt to changes in our dynamic business environment. Demonstrate an ability to work with cross functional teams and delivers measurable impact to the end-to-end operations as a whole.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance in reporting and managing our teams headcount and P&L, driving forecasting excellence and accountability
- Generate product line profitability analysis to shape business strategy, drive revenue growth and optimize resource allocation
- Support and influence New Product GTM including Financial Modeling and Pricing analysis
- Collaborates across functions to develop solutions that benefit the business, customers and operations.
- Engages others to achieve buy-in to pending policy changes that support new business models
- Track and interpret performance metrics to provide business insights for executive decision making
- Performing ad hoc analysis, and creating meaningful operational metrics to help drive performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance; MBA preferred
- 7 + years of experience in finance or business operations
- Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects, and Essbase a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be able to articulate business drivers crisply to executive management
- Self-starter who actively manages commitments and deliverables with little or no supervision
