Retail Store Manager Responsibilities:
• Drives profitable sales, business performance, customer satisfaction, store contribution, general profit and loss categories, and program metrics.
• Analyzes and evaluates product and performance data to drive key item and department performance.
• Leads by example and fosters a customer focused culture that drives sales and customer loyalty.
• Builds relationships with local organizations encouraging them to choose Chelsea Collective as their retailer of choice for athletic apparel, footwear and accessories.
• Ensures store is consistently merchandised in a manner that maximizes every customer experience.
• Develops and retains the right people for each position.

Experience:
5 years of related retail management or a minimum of 3 years previous specialty retail store manager experience
Must have a passion for an active lifestyle -- yoga, pilates, fitness, barre, zumba, running and more!

• Proficiency MSOffice
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to all employees.
