· Maximizes sales by creating a visual environmenthighlighting the appearance of the product that reflects the customer'slifestyle and interests.

· Plans and implements all store visualinitiatives and activities in partnerships with the store team. Ensures display budgets are met and completesexpense-reporting requirements accurately and on time.

· Assists in achieving the store shrink goals byensuring all merchandise used for display is properly handled according toCompany guidelines.

· Assists store management team in training staffon visual merchandising and operational standards.

· Develops associates visual merchandising skills

· Ensures compliance with all company operationalprocesses including, but not limited to: safety requirements and all Loss Prevention programs.

Experience:
3 years of related retail Visual Merchandising experience or a minimum of 1 year of previous specialty retail store experience
