Job Summary
Responsible for insuring that material moving through the DC/TF facilities is valued in accordance with the vendor payment schedule and the appropriate shipment is QA'D. Ensures effective, timely, and efficient maintenance of the DC Tims Layer.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Work daily, weekly, monthly exception reports, verify and distribute weekly reports, send and verify per inventory packages.
- Audit, research and resolve RTV accountability, resolve all keyed suspense issues, report flash and final inventory results to DC/TF management staff.
- Verify uploads of DC/TF physical inventory counts into PIR system, pull PJ's and build access database for the purpose of creating queries
- Research, resolve and adjust DC layer vs. paid and TF paid vs. transfer and are on reports. Ensure adjustments have vouchers and are processed.
- Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
- Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Finalize the consignment true up process
- Review and resolve EOM and inventory purchase journal issues, key all adjustments into stats and/or layers, and ensure accuracy of cutoff accountability.

- Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
- Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior co worker or supervisor.

Work Environment
- Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age
- Must pass the Drug Test
- Must pass the Background Check
- Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable


Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or GED required. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2 - 5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
