Responsibilities:
-Develop effective, ongoing relationships with service providers
-Use outstanding communication and influencing skills to achieve cost-effective contract fees and orders
-Provide knowledge to providers regarding service capability, contract expectations, processes and paperwork
-Resolve provider inquiries adequately
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
-1 year previous experience in Customer Service, Marketing and Sales
-Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
-Typing speed of 40 WPM
-National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred
