Business Overview
Associates in the Operation & Services Group are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer requests. This role specifically focuses on supporting incoming contra party and correspondent calls related to TOA deliveries processing transfer of assets requests on brokerage accounts. Associates are required to demonstrate working knowledge of Fidelity systems and have a strong understanding of the financial services industry
Responsibililties
Handling written and telephone inquiries from internal Fidelity business partners, Correspondent Firms and other Financial Services Companies. .
Perform analysis on transactions to ensure they are handled accurately and efficiently as required by company policy and procedures
Education and Experience
Customer service experience recommended
TOA process experience a plus
Broad systems knowledge (mainframe, web-based, VT/ECT, vendor)
College degree or equivalent experience
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to successfully prioritize in a multiple task environment
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Listening skills
Strong service attitude
Problem solving/analytical skills
Organization navigation skills
Detail oriented
Effective organizational/time management skills
