We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Care Specialist M-F $13.50.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
In-Bound Customer Service - NO SALES/NO UPSELLING
Monday-Friday
Daytime Hours
NO WEEKENDS!!
* Minimum (1) year of recent call center experience is a must
* Proficient Data Entry Skills are required
* Ability to Multi-Task
* Customer Retention -Customer Support
* Excellent Problem Solving Skills
* Strong Communication Skills both Verbal and Written
Pay $13.50/hr.
Must present a positive attitude and eager to assist others.
Background Check and verifiable high school diploma or equivalent will be required.
