Location: Tampa, FL or Virginia Beach, VA office
Reporting to an executive (VP), responsible for performing advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of the organization and its policies and practices.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provides administrative support for the Care Management Operations Support leaders Coordinate onsite meetings. Schedules and maintains calendar for executive leader. Writes and routes confidential correspondence. Screens, handles or distributes incoming phone calls and complaints. Maintains confidential correspondence and general files. Orders supplies. Coordinates travel plans. Submits expense reports. Takes, compiles and distributes meeting minutes. Manage All-Staff communications. Compiles information for reports, documents and proposals. Collates and assembles materials, makes arrangements for meetings/presentations. Organizes chart up-dates. Prepares forms and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures. Utilizes various software packages such as spreadsheet, word processing, data base and graphics to produce high quality reports, presentations and documents. Researches, verifies and prepares reports. Creates and maintains databases.
Qualifications
Requires a HS diploma, 5 years administrative experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Must have strong prioritization, attention to detail, effective multi-tasking, verbal/written communication and organizational skills. Ability to be flexible and work independently. Proficient in using webex technology and MS Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook.
