Recruiter needed for a Full Time opportunity supporting Yoh RPO’s client located in Houston, Texas.

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced research and development environment

• High volume recruitment

• Creative sourcing techniques

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Consulting and advising hiring managers on overall hiring process

• Sourcing talented and diverse candidates through creative methods

• Effectively screening and interviewing candidates to assess skill & cultural fit

• Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR management to ensure hiring requirements are met

• Ensuring positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Recruiting experience in a corporate environment

• Specific experience in Engineering recruitment in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred

• Clear understanding of Boolean language and strong ability to use effectively in Internet sourcing

• Skilled in candidate screening & interviewing

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience recruiting for Engineering, Scientific, and R&D related positions in a high volume environment

• Exposure to policies and procedures

• Technical aptitude demonstrated through successful recruiting of high tech positions

• Experience recruiting for a search firm
