Engineering Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Warsaw,IN

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:

* Familiarity with CNC
* Knowledge of Unigraphics
* Cellular manufacturing

What You'll Be Doing:

* Provide manufacturing engineering technician service to support cellular manufacturing and timely new product introductions.
* Responsible for working as part of the cell team to improve customer service, reduce scrap, reduce lead time, improve product flow, reduce product cost and provide smooth new product implementation
* Technicians will have responsibilities for some or all of the following:
* Metrics charting, budget analysis, router maintenance, CNC programming, integration of new process technologies, time studies, presentation preparation, process print development review, facilitating cell layout documentation, process improvement, project management, ensuring compliance with OCP's and GMP's, developing quality plans, SPC and working with QA

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

* A degree in an engineering discipline
* Appropriate work experience will be considered.
* Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)
* Must have the ability to quickly learn new software
* Must have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
* Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
* Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with teams
* Experience in production and operations
* Experience with CAD systems and Unigraphics
