Coordination of Benefits Coordinator needed for a Full Time/Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Greenfield, Wisconsin.

Top Skills Should You Possess:

- At least two - five (2-5) years of Managed Care Experience in Claims, Provider Services, Provider Network Operations in a managed care setting
- Must have QNXT experience
- Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

What You'll Be Doing:

- Maintaining records for benefits
- Maintain member records in core system.
- Respond timely and accurately to COB inquiries from providers, vendors and internal departments.
- Responsible for COB processing functions which will include: error reports, update terminations, verification phone calls, submitting updated information to the state agency, quality review of COB reports, and new processes integration

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- At least two - five (2-5) years of Managed Care Experience in Claims, Provider Services, Provider Network Operations in a managed care setting
- Must have QNXT
- Must have knowledge and experience in MS office products, minimally Outlook, Word and Excel
- Managed Care Medicaid and/or Medicare experience in related field
- Quick learning ability to support cross-functional processing ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience email queues, and Call Tracking mailboxes to resolve any eligibility related issues
