Contracts Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover, NJ.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for resolving contract processing issues
- Liaising with Req to Pay (RTP), Outsourcing Managers, Vendors and Finance Department
- The Contract Coordinator may be responsible for drafting and / or procuring and processing partially executed contracts, amendments and agreements
- The main point of contact, tracks the process and ensures completion of each contract in a timely, accurate manner.
- Process and QC contract packages prior to contract signature
- Assist with data entry of completed contract packages into CLM
- Assist with new vendor financial due diligence activities
- Assist with data entry of consultant agreement HCP spend into Imagine system.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- BA / BS or advanced degree
- Industry experience in Contracts/Outsourcing necessary
