QA ASST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Oceanside, CA
The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Use database (create, update, close records); use existing reports for regular and ad hoc publication.
- Perform weekly follow up on overdue actions.
- Provide project support as needed; may include minutes, data entry and analytical work.
- Update and manage shared department email.
- Scanning of report documents; upload file attachments.
- Compile and organize files containing data and official forms used for approval and release of product.
- Review documentation for completeness and adherence to Good Documentation Practices.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheet used to track inputs needed for product release.
- Create and / or revise SOPs as required.
- Create and / or revise Trainings as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to address issues and meet customers' needs.
- Establish and maintain process for document archival and secure storage.
- Attend group meetings as required, assist with recording meeting minutes.
- Support in the monitoring, improving and analyzing of business processes.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Ability to take initiative and work with little supervision.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to interact with personnel at all levels.
- High degree of skill and comfort with computer applications.
- TrackWise experience very helpful.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions, and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, prioritization, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail required.
- Excellent intrapersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Superior knowledge of computer-based systems; including Microsoft word, excel and Powerpoint and Google (drive, websites, etc),
- General knowledge and overall understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing and manufacturing support processes.
- Ability to read Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and interpret technical data.
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
- Proven project development and management skills.
- Must be able to complete assigned tasks independently with minimal instruction and have the initiative to obtain guidance on new assignments when needed.
- Operational Excellence / Lean training and experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of Health Authority requirements for GMP compliance a plus.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or other relevant discipline and one (1) year of related experience
- or AA and four (4) years of related experience
- or HS and six (6) years of related experience
