Growing Healthcare Organization in Chicago Loop is Hiring Long Term Broker Service Representatives and Customer Service Representatives!

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity, Full Time Hours, M-F, 1st Shift Hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ Recent years in insurance or healthcare call center customer service position

- Must have experience taking 50+ calls per day

- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or Related Field Preferred

- Drive to take initiative and thrive in a fast paced environment

- Ability to deal with change and take initiative

DUTIES:
- Look up and verify eligibility
- Locate and issue ID's if missing
- Handle invoicing questions
- Check on claims statuses
- Print/mail EOB's
- Explain benefits offerings (3 plans)
- Verify pre-certifications for surgery
