Lead Compensation Analyst

A company that works with Aerotek is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Must have experience with Total Compensation Analysis

Job Description:

• System-wide administration of fixed and variable compensation programs
• Total compensation analysis
• Wage and salary administration
• Assistance with Employee Incentive plan and Executive compensation plan
• Review and confinement of clinical compensation
• Development of policies and procedures for wage and salary administration of 4,600 employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a major in human resources, accounting and/or a related field is required
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in compensation administration, accounting, human resources, and/or related experience is required
• Ability to handle high level of confidential information appropriately is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access is required.
• Customer service and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Written and interpersonal communication skills

This is a full time direct opportunity with a salary of $75,000/year or based on experience.
