Client is seeking 2 people to help support projects with organization. time management, customer service, project support and planning.

NOT looking for candidates who have experience with project management doing one project at a time then moving to the next one. This position reuires candidates to focus on hundereds of smaller projects at once that are very fast paced.

Must Haves:
Extremely strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Very strong communication and customer service skills
CRM experience, preferrably Salesforce but Oracle or a similar software is ok
Strong with Excel and Outlook

The Project Planner is responsible for the customer communication and project organization from the contract to completion of the solar system.

* Control of the project from contract signing to handoff to Construction Supervisor once project is "ready to go". Handoff to Construction Supervisor should contain all necessary paperwork to complete project. Project Planner is wholly responsible for all project tasks from contract signing to construction.
* Regulate the day-to-day output relative to schedules customer communication, and corporate communication. Ensure consistent service at the proper quality and so that projects are completed as scheduled.
* Check schedule for schedule stability and take corrective action to make sure standards are met and the goals of the organization achieved.
* Meet set performance standards and take corrective action whenever outside of standard metrics.
* Project Scheduling
* Able to independently schedule multiple projects.
* Plan service work around project schedule to ensure no disruption with project schedule.
* Update scheduled dates for all construction activities within ERP system.
* Understand project flow, slack, and critical path scheduling
* Basic understanding of utility, permitting & other external lead times
* 2-way Communicate with Branch Construction Supervisor on near term scheduling.
* Whenever materials are unavailable delegate actions as necessary
* Escalate difficult customers to Regional Project Manager for resolution when necessary
* Contact person for SunRun personnel
Customer Communication:
* Responsible to obtain SunRun approvals prior to start of project
* Responsible for customer management from contract signing to start of construction.
* Update schedule per customer needs
* Set proper expectations with customer and reinforce at every touch point
* Provide answers to the customer, distribute proper documents as requested and document their needs in SFDC.
* Responsible for initial call and walk through of milestones to interconnection
* Must log each milestone update for each client in SFDC
* Facilitate customer layout approval
* Facilitate HOA approval for customer
* Answer basic level engineering and Solar questions
* Prepares and sets customer expectations on all payment due dates and amounts (Early Construction, Sun Run upfront, MOR, etc.)
* Coordinate Costco payments with RSC

Administrative Duties:
* Timecards & expenses for Crews
* Purchase requisitions & Vendor setup
* Minutes From Branch Meeting
* Construction folder creation;
* Scanning and uploading documents
