Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

Responsible for obtaining, tracking and reporting data on daily attendance as well as performing pay affecting reviews, adjustments and corrections for non-exempt employee in the areas we support. Accurate and attention to detail are a "must". Should be an independence worker who also works well with a team. Must be able to balance work load and duties and perform under deadline and within a fast paced environment. Good time management skills are very helpful. Looking for someone who is a quick learner, is flexible and adapts quickly to change. Must be able to work weekends and be open to working Holidays if required.

M-F Schedule could start as early as 7 AM or as late as 10 AM. Required Qualifications:

*Excellent written and verbal skills

*Computer skills required.

*Knowledge of Microsoft software, including Word and Excel

*Running queries in Workbrain

*Running reports

*Able to analyze the outputs

*Meeting payroll sign off deadlines

*Analyzing attendance trends

*New hire training for Workbrain

Works well in team setting and independent setting. Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Avaya CMS and Verint Workforce Management and previous experience in Workforce Management is preferred. Education:

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Business Overview:
