*Facilitate core curriculum and clinical learning programs for varous business units following standardized facilitator materials to ensure effective and consistent delivery.
*Assist in the creation and/or maintenance of technical and clinical training materials, including manuals, quick reference job aids, Powerpoint presentations, and other training support materials.
*Provide coaching and feedback to trainees on performance in the training environment and may follow up with learners to ensure achievement of skill proficiency.
*Develops and maintains professional relationships with internal customers and business partners.
*Travel to other business and/or client locations required---up to 50%.
Required Qualifications:
*Excellent presentation and public speaking skills (eye contact, voice inflection, body awareness, and ability to hold an audience and command respect); comfortable presenting in front of small or large groups of varying levels (production staff, supervisory staff)
*Excellent/professional verbal and written communication skills
*Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross -- functionally across teams
*Strong classroom management abilities including facilitation techniques, questioning techniques, managing trainee behaviors and maintaining classroom control
*Basic understanding of adult learning principles
*Proficient knowledge of at least one CVS Caremark proprietary computer system/application, including clinical knowledge and access
*Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
*Proficient knowledge of at least one CVS Caremark proprietary computer system/application, including clinical knowledge and access
*Strong knowledge of at least one functional area of PBM operations
Preferred Qualifications:
*1-2 years teaching/training experience
*Basic understanding of PBM functional areas
Education:
*PharmD or Bachelor's of Pharmacy.
