Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
This candidate is responsible for administering several client specific programs. Candidate will be expected to familiarize with all of the Audit Programs and become a subject-matter-expert on assigned audit programs. As new guidance is released each year, candidate will be required to flexibly adapt the Audit Programs to comply with new requirements and new programs. Candidate will utilize a wide variety of skills and technological resources to assist in this task--and will develop new processes and systems along the way through claim and trending investigation. Candidate will work with internal application developers to enhance audit systems. Candidate will be responsible for administering these programs from start to finish, including oversight of the audit process and architecture, conducting pharmacy outreaches in conjunction with other team members, audit quality-control, finalizing and summarizing audit results, and reprocessing claims that require correction. Candidate will also develop new audit programs and processes as business needs require. Candidate will work closely with internal and external partners to conduct audits. Required Qualifications:
*4 Year degree
*Proficiency with MS Office Suite
*Pharmacy experience
*Ability to handle confrontations
*Experience building reports from databases
*Experience with internal and client reporting Preferred Qualifications:
*PBM Experience
*Certified Pharmacy Technician
*Self-Starter
*Strong ability to multi-task Education:
