The primary role of the Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee is to acquire the necessary licenses and training to become a Financial Solutions Advisor. In addition to studying and acquiring 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66), FSA Trainees will be required to complete the new hire training program, including classroom and on the job training activities. Once a FSA Trainee acquires all required registrations, completes training activities and passes all proficiency assessments, they will transition into a full time Financial Solutions Advisor.

Capable of multi tasking and working efficiently under stress and high volume
Previous knowledge of client account services
Demonstrated passion and interest in financial markets
Financial services industry experience
A bachelor's degree is preferred or 1-2 years of relevant experience
This position may be subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. If your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.
Series 7 and Series 66 (or both the 63 and 65) is required;if not currently held, must be obtained within 120 days
