Sales and Marketing

Our fast growing, family owned home care agency is seeking a highly motivated, creative, focused and decisive marketing person who is interested in growing with our company. He/she should be able to work well under pressure while developing a solid marketing strategy plan. He/she should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to work well with the staff and clients. He/she must attend weekly marketing meetings and be ready to account for his/her activities.
Must be able to make focused decisions while fostering and maintaining good relationships with our prospective clients, various groups including but not limited to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, community outreach and resource centers while promoting a positive company image.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations. Must be flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
Maintaining existing referral sources by providing on going educational and company information.
Attend community functions, professional organizations and other networking events as a company representative.
Be able to do presentations which should deliver creative and innovative thoughts for promoting our business. Create various marketing tools including brochures, exhibit displays and promotional events to enhance the presentation.
Good computer skills are necessary for managing data, creating reports and promoting our services.
Past experience in the home care or home health care fields are preferable. Work week is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
