• Assist with all Building Access and Parking Guideline enforcement.
• Process New Hires.
• Facilitate NEO’s, door lessons, contract staff trainings, and 911 drills.
• Act as a backup support to the Nurse for duties that are within the scope of EMT training and licensing.
• Respond to emergency situations, as needed.
• Investigate and report on all accidents or injuries occurring on company property.
• Responsible to fill out Medical incident reports and enter them daily in the Security Incident Response data base, per Hippa requirements.
• Monitor, assist and coordinate Job Fair activities with HR and Contract Security Personnel.
• Serve as a liaison for Human Resources, Contract Security/Nurse as needed.
• Assist with Department communications (announcements, drills policies/procedures, safety items, etc)
• Process Domestic Violence/threat assessment reports.
• Document and provide TL with any security equipment issues.
• Key necessary information into registration and other Physical Security reports.
• Assist with back up support to the Team Coach on specified job duties.
• Other duties as assigned by Team Leader or their designate.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum EMT certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Supervisory and/or Leadership role.
• Strong PC skills-Experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Minimum 3years in a Security field environment-Military a plus.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Basic Contributor or better on last Performance Evaluation
