The Halfway Cafe has been a successful restaurant company for 25 years. We are looking for highly qualified Restaurant Managers to be part of our planned growth. Our Managers work directly with ownership to build and manage day-to-day operations.

Job responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed our high standards in food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Continuous training and coaching of staff
- Conduct daily pre-meal meetings
- Assist in marketing and community outreach projects to build traffic
